Give Something That Could Change a Life

You don't need to have lupus to make a difference.

By donating blood or plasma, or registering as an organ donor, you could help someone with lupus when they need it most.

Donate Blood and Plasma

People living with lupus may need blood products during surgery, hospital treatment or serious complications.

Donated plasma is also used to make important medicines, including immunoglobulin therapies used to treat some immune conditions.

Your donation could help someone through a difficult stage of their treatment.

Register as an Organ Donor

Lupus can sometimes cause serious damage to organs, particularly the kidneys. For some people with lupus, kidney failure means dialysis or eventually a kidney transplant.

Registering as an organ donor takes only a few minutes, but one day your decision could give someone the chance of a longer, healthier life.

A few minutes today could mean a lifetime to someone else.
